Erin Rivera-Brennand, Certified GYROTONIC® Instructor; Professional Ballerina

Erin joins the Movement Arts Center with 12 years of professional ballet experience. As a professional dancer, Erin performed with the Texas Ballet Theater for eight seasons as well as the Bruce Wood Dance Company, Ohio Ballet and most recently performed for two seasons with the Los Angeles Ballet. She was introduced to GYROTONIC® body conditioning through her career in ballet, and subsequently began a second career as a certified GYROTONIC® instructor. She trained with International Master Instructor Lisa Marie Goodwin, and continues to become proficient in all aspects of the GYROTONIC® Expansion System. Not only is GYROTONIC® a perfect compliment to the rigorous demands of professional ballet, but also it is the ideal total body-training regime that enhances all areas of life.

Tiffany grew up dancing and performing. She attended UCLA school of dance and earned  a degree in dance and film. After graduation she was asked to perform in New York city,  where she lived and worked until 2003. During that time she became a personal trainer  and was certified in the Pilates Method in Manhattan. Since 2007 she has been rehabilitating clients at Movement Arts Physical Therapy. Because of various injuries she specializes in the therapeutic and rehabilitative qualities of Pilates. In May of 2015 she also became a certified GYROTONIC® level 1 instructor in order to expand her skills in rehabilitation and restoration of movement.
